All orders will need to be discussed to review portrait preferences.
A 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required to begin the portrait, and the remaining balance is due upon the client's approval and before delivery.
Portraits are created using digital and/or film prints supplied by the client. Please submit as many clear, well-focused and high resolution reference photos as possible. Photos must show the subject up-close, and indicate the subject's true eye, skin or fur color.
If you would like to use professionally taken photos, you will need to get a copyright release from the photographer.
If you plan to take new photographs for a custom portrait, please feel free to ask for my custom portrait photography information sheet, which has a lot of helpful tips.
Equine paintings that include a lot of tack or costume will be quoted separately.
